Refund policy

 

Returns

- Returns can be made within 30 days for a $30 return processing fee

- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the ring if you would like to return the ring in order to have the ring arrive back to us within the 30-day window

- Item must be returned in original, unworn condition with the tag on the ring. It must be returned in the ring box and in the original shipping box

- Buyers are responsible for return shipping

- Item must be shipped with a tracking number

- If applicable, buyers will be responsible for any tax and import fees applied to the return of their ring

 

Exchanges

- If you need to exchange your ring, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order

- Your item must be back with us for exchange within 30 days of receiving your order

- Item must be returned in original unworn condition, including the original shipping box

- Item must be shipped with a tracking number

- Buyers are responsible for paying the return shipping cost along with the shipping cost of the new size 

• Exchange costs for new sizes are $20 for all countries

- If applicable, buyers will be responsible for any tax and import fees applied to the exchange of their ring
