All orders are shipped with a tracking number. Postal Services and International Customs Agencies do not guarantee delivery dates; therefore, the timelines below are estimated delivery timelines. While we process and ship all orders within one business day, delivery delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control. As a result, express shipping fees are non-refundable in the event of carrier-related delays.
Canadian and International orders ship from our shipping facility in Ontario, Canada for faster delivery to the majority of our customers. US Orders ship from our shipping facility in Florida for faster delivery without any customs delays.

Customs and Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional handling fees that may be applied by their country upon delivery. These charges are set by local customs authorities and vary by location. We do not have control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. Any delays resulting from customs clearance are also beyond our responsibility.
