They were more than accommodating and helped with the whole process to get the correct ring. It is beautiful in person and pictures donโt do it justice. Great rings, postage took over a month to NZ but super happy with the rings. Hubbyโs is slightly too big but that is due to NZ ring sizing being a bit tricky to match across.
