Warranty Information
- We have a 1 year warranty from the date you receive the ring
- The cost of the warranty will be $30 which covers shipping costs
- Warranty covers the original ring style in the same size that was purchased
- If the original ring style is no longer available in our shop, a replacement of equal or similar value will be offered
- Use of 1 year warranty is only permitted once
What the Warranty does not cover
- Warranty does not cover lost rings
- Warranty is void if the ring has been altered (except for engravings)
- Engraving costs will not be covered
- Tungsten Titans is not responsible for the sentimental or intrinsic value of the ring

Tungsten rings feature a comfort-fit band, meaning the inside of the ring is slightly rounded for easier wear. Because of this, they may feel ¼–½ size larger than standard flat-fit rings.
For the most accurate sizing, we recommend visiting a local jewellery store to try on tungsten rings. If that’s not possible, please refer to our size chart at the top of this page above the size list.
