It's always best to get measured for a tungsten ring or try on tungsten rings at a local jeweller to determine the best size. However, if this is not possible, below are instructions on how to measure a finger from home.

• Use dental floss to measure your finger (dental floss has less give than string)
• Wrap it snug around the base of the finger where the ring will sit
• Measure the dental floss according to the chart below
